Emerson Survey and Valuation Ltd was established in 2001 by founder and now consultant, Stuart Emerson BSc, MRICS.
A well-respected, experienced and professional Consultant Surveyor, Stuart brought to the business a proven track record developed over 50 years within the property industry, 35 of which were in the Scarborough and East Coast area.
On completion of his exemplary career in the RAF Stuart's son Chris, pictured, joined the practice and is now an established Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA). He is also an RICS Registered Valuer and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers. Chris is developing the business and during his tenure has completed well over 1,000 surveys on a wide variety of properties on the East Coast.
